If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it.

On the packing slip received with your order, please write the reason for return. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with the item. Return to the address in the upper left corner of the packing slip. Please indicate if you prefer to receive a credit, refund or exchange the item.

If the original purchase was paid by VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover or American Express, that account will be credited upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow two billing statements for the credit to appear. If paid by check, a refund will be mailed within 2 weeks after we receive the returned item.

To Report a Damaged Item
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us at rccustomerservice.com or call Customer Service at 1-205-271-2990. A representative will instruct you about returning the item.
