I cannot remember my password.
If you cannot remember your password, you can have a link to reset it sent to your email. Simply click the ACCOUNT link at the top of the site and then click the "Forgot Your Password?" link shown in the RETURNING CUSTOMER form. From there, you will enter your email address in the field and click the "Submit" button. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you.
How do I cancel my order?
At this time, we are unable to process order cancellations online. To request a cancellation, please contact us at 1-800-854-6316, Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday, 11 AM to 3 PM (Central Standard Time). Provide the order number received on your confirmation page. We are only able to cancel merchandise that has not already been shipped to you.
How do I sign in?
To sign in, click the ACCOUNT link at the top of the site. This will bring up a page with a RETURNING CUSTOMER form. Enter your email address and password and click the LOG IN button.
How do I sign out?
If currently signed in, click the ACCOUNT link at the top of the site. Click the "Log out of your account" link provided on the resulting page.
Where can I find my CVV2 number?
The CVV2 number is the three digit security code that is printed on the back of Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. On American Express cards, it is found above the last few digits of the card number on the front of the card. It is used as another level of verification for ensuring that the credit card is valid. The CVV2 number is usually found on the top right of the signature box on the back of your credit card.
How do I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes after placing your order, simply contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-854-6316, Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday, 11 AM to 3 PM (Central Standard Time). One of our Customer Service associates will be more than happy to review your order with you. Please be sure to have the order number and phone number you used on the order available so we can quickly access your order.
How do I change/update my account information?
To make changes or to update your account information, login to your account. Use the "Change My Account Information" link on the "My Account" page to change your account email, password, or billing and shipping information.
