How to Order
Place orders through our secure site at www.ewtnrc.com 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Find the Items You Want
Browse or search for the items you would like to order by using the site navigation located at the top of the page or by entering keywords in the search box. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here, you will find more information about the item and its availability.
Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item, click the "ADD TO CART" button on the item's product detail page. Once you have added an item to your cart, select the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button to continue searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items that you want to order. If you are done shopping, you can also choose to click the "CHECKOUT" button, which will initiate the checkout process. You can access the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the CART graphic at the top of every page of our website.
Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in your cart. Remove any item(s) you do not want to purchase or make quantity changes at this time. Items can be removed from your cart by clicking the "Remove from Cart" link. Quantities can be updated by changing the item quantity shown in the cart and clicking the "UPDATE" button when complete. When you are ready to place an order for everything in the cart, click the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button. You will be taken to the first page of the checkout process.
The instructions below outline each step of our online order form.
After choosing your shipping options, you will be directed to the customer login page.
For returning customers who have previously purchased from our online store, use the "RETURNING CUSTOMER" form to enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, this can be reset by clicking the "Forgot your Password?" link.
If this is your first time shopping with us or if you are a repeat customer and desire a quick checkout process without the need for creating a customer account, use the "CREATE ACCOUNT OR GUEST CHECKOUT" form.
Guest checkouts are accomplished by clicking the checkbox labeled "Would you like to checkout as a guest? Continue to checkout without registering."
If you would like to create a new account, enter an email address and password into the fields provided and click the "SIGN UP" button.
Note About Guest Checkout
While checking out as a guest will speed up the checkout process slightly, you lose the ability to check the status of your order and view past order history when revisiting our website.
Billing & Payment
Enter your credit card information into the fields at the top of the secure form. Our website uses industry standard 128-bit encryption to keep your information confidential.
Promo Code (Promotional Code)
If you have a promo code that you would like to apply to your online purchase, click the "Have a Promo Code?" link. In the field that appears, enter the promo code and click the "APPLY" button. If the promo code is valid, a credit will be applied to the total dollar amount of your order. To remove a promo code, click the "REMOVE" button in this form.
Enter the billing information associated with the method of payment used, completing all required fields. If the shipping address for this order matches the billing address, click the checkbox labeled "Ship Order to Billing Address". Once all billing and payment information has been entered and order totals have been reviewed, click the "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button.
During the BILLING ADDRESS step, if you indicated that the shipping address for this order is different from the billing address, you will be directed to the SHIPPING page. Complete all required fields. Once all shipping information has been entered and reviewed, click the "SAVE AND CONTINUE" button.
Important Information Regarding PO Boxes
If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words "PO BOX" before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.
Review And Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy of all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. If you have a promo code that you still need to apply to your order, enter it in the field provided and click the "APPLY" button.
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose your preferred shipping method. Shipping charges will adjust based on your selection.
Review U.S. and/or international shipping rates.
When you are ready to place your order, click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button. Once you place your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied when creating your customer account. A shipment confirmation will also be sent to your e-mail address at the time of shipment. If you chose to check out as a guest, you will need to contact Customer Support to request information about your order.
After submitting your order, you will be taken to the ORDER COMPLETE page. Here, you will see the details of your order once more and have the option of printing an order confirmation if desired. Please make a note of your order number for future reference.
Changes To Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order prior to shipment, please contact us toll-free at 1-800-854-6316, Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday, 11 AM to 3 PM (Central Standard Time).
Check Your Order Status
If you have created a user account via our website, you can login and check the status of your order at any time. Click the "ACCOUNT" graphic at the top of the site. If you are not already logged in, you will need to do so by entering your email address and password into the "RETURNING CUSTOMER" form. If you have forgotten your password, this can be reset by clicking the "Forgot your Password?" link.
Once logged in, click the "Check Order Status" link. The order status for every order is visible from this page. Clicking the "Order Number" link for any prior orders will retrieve details for the order selected. If available, tracking numbers and other shipment information will be displayed on the resulting details page.
