Also known as the Chaplet of the Seven Dolors, this is a devotion instituted in the thirteenth century in honor of the sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary†. This chaplet features seven groups of seven, 7mm facet cut blue glass beads separated by seven medals depicting each of Our Lady's Sorrows with a beautiful picture medal of Our Lady of Sorrows at the beginning.
