A scapular is a sacramental of the Church approved for popular devotion. Whoever devoutly wears a scapular, blessed by a priest, gains a partial indulgence. The Fivefold Scapular, is a sacramental made up of the five most popular scapulars in the Catholic Church:
- The Red Scapular of the Passion
- The Blue Scapular of The Immaculate Conception
- The Brown Scapular or Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
- The Black Scapular of the Passion
- The White Scapular of the Most Holy Trinity
Made of cloth with two 24” brown cords and includes a small metal Crucifix and St. Benedict medal.
