A scapular is a sacramental of the Church approved for popular devotion. Whoever devoutly wears a scapular, blessed by a priest, gains a partial indulgence. The Fivefold Wool Scapular, is a sacramental made up of the five most popular scapulars in the Catholic Church:

• The Red Scapular of the Passion
• The Blue Scapular of The Immaculate Conception
• The Brown Scapular or Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
• The Black Scapular of the Passion, and
• The White Scapular of the Most Holy Trinity
