Made with 5mm imitation pearl beads, this beautiful rosary features medals with images of four Basilicas:

- Basilica S. Giovanni Laterano
- Basilica S. Maria Maggiore
- Basilica S. Paolo
The centerpiece has Jesus, The Divine Mercy, on the front and Madonna and Child on the reverse. The papal crucifix and the medals are silver ox metal.
