It features a hoop at the top for hanging, a gold cross with FAITH across the top followed by a round two-sided icon with The Sacred Heart of Jesus on one side and The Immaculate Heart of Mary on the other. Next is a gold anchor with HOPE across the middle followed by a decorative wooden prayer plaque with a prayer to Our Lady on one side and a prayer to Jesus on the other.
