ST. JOSEPH PATRON OF THE UNIVERSAL CHURCH - FRAMED - 11 1/2" x 15 1/2"
In this striking new picture, St. Joseph is pictured holding the child Jesus with the humble handmaid Mary by his side and the Angels around and behind them holding a banner that reads: "ITE AD IOSEPH" which is Latin for "Go to Joseph". While St. Joseph holds a lily to symbolize his great purity in one hand, his other hand extends in blessing over St. Peter's Basilica, which represents the Universal Church. The original, painted by Giuseppe Rollini, is currently at a side altar in the Sacred Heart Church in Rome. This print is framed in an ornate gold frame and is ready to hang.
