ST. THOMAS MORE LAWYER'S PRAYER
As a lawyer and chancellor in England, Thomas More knew that his faith was more important than winning cases or gaining favor with others - even from Henry VIII. The prayer says: "Lord, grant that I may be able in argument, accurate in analysis. Sit with me at my desk... so that today I shall not, in order to win a point, lose my soul." The wood frame measures 14 ¼” x 10 ¼” .
