THE DIALOGUE OF ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA
St. Catherine of Siena wrote her famous dialogue while in a state of ecstasy with God. She saw herself as the soul in the conversation and God as the Father. In it, the Eternal Father stresses the importance of cultivating virtue, praying continuously, and acting in obedience to God and one's superiors. This is one of the many works considered when the Church declared St. Catherine a Doctor of the Church. This edition is translated with an introduction by Algar Thorold. Paperback. 213 pages.
