THE NATIVITY DETAIL OF ANGELS CHRISTMAS CARDS (BOX OF 25)
These custom made cards feature a detail of a larger painting entitled, Nativity by Italian artist, Domenico Ghirlandaio (1448-1494). Inside the card is the sentiment,
"May the glad song of the angels resound in your heart all through the year! Glory to God in the Highest!"
On the inside top is a passage from the Gospel of Luke that reads:
And the angel said to them, “Be not afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy which will come to all the people; for to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among men with whom He is pleased!" --Luke 2:10-14.
Each card measures 7" x 5" and the boxed set includes 25 cards and 25 envelopes.
